At the current stage of technological progress in the development of various projects a person has to use the equipment, machines and mechanisms, represents some danger to health - mental and physical. The use of machinery and work with them entails a threat of injury, irradiation with electromagnetic waves, blurred vision, a number of professional diseases and cancer diseases, fatigue from repetitive work, mental overstrain, etc.
By the nature of its activity programmers - the category of people who are connected with computers almost constantly located near the computers working and watching the progress of its work through the video terminals. This means that they are always near a strong source of electromagnetic radiation and video, affecting vision. Video terminals are becoming more common means of human interaction with computers.
