A program for accounting for clients admitted to a social institution (boarding schools, homes for the elderly and disabled, hospitals for the social services center), their temporary departures (vacation, hospitalization, unauthorized absence) with the generation of reporting information for the current date, for the period, as well as accounting for social services provided to clients in compliance with 442 of the Federal Law with the formation of the Act on services provided for the period.
Formation of an Act for determining the client’s need for social services, an individual program, contracts, additional agreements to the contract, an act for the provision of social services, generation of reporting information.

In version 2.8, new client data fields and new report forms (agreements and acts) for KCSC hospitals have been added.

In version 2.7, the introduction of the IPSU program for the client was added by adding, due to a previously prepared set of social services (program or list), accounting for income (pensions) of clients to display in the printed form of the Certificate of Services Rendered this amount for the period (month). Income accounting is implemented with the function of importing data from an Excel file for a period.

In version 2.6, printed forms have been added for contracts, acts, additional agreements for minors, because according to the Federal Law, social services are provided to them free of charge (expenses for social services are paid from the pension fund), a document for the client “Birth Certificate” has been added, when adding social services for a minor for the month in which he turns 18 years old, a warning is issued about the need to re-issue a new contract .
