When purchasing a new account with a subscription, for security reasons it is recommended:

• If, when logging into your PSN account, you encounter an error: incorrect login ID or password, do not be alarmed, this is Sony’s security system. In this case, you need to log in through a password reset. The date of birth for password reset is attached to each account. This procedure can be done conveniently on a computer.
