Plague is an original story-driven art thriller about the fight against an epidemic of a deadly disease in a distant steppe town. The city is dying before our eyes. You have to make difficult decisions - sometimes obviously losing ones. Sand ulcer is not just a disease. You can´t save everyone.

The plague is devouring the city. The city´s chief healer dies under mysterious circumstances, and you must take his place. You will have to look for unexpected allies. The children know something, and carefully hide it - you will have to play by their rules.

You have only twelve days.

12 days in a strange city tormented by the plague.
Time is everything: if you don´t keep track of it, it will flow away in vain. You will have to think hard about what exactly to spend precious minutes on.
A thriller about survival in society. You will have to look after your body, looking for ways to overcome hunger, thirst, fatigue, and so on. You can´t do it just by searching for resources. Surviving alone is almost impossible - learn to win people over.
The further you go, the worse it gets. At first, it will be difficult to find a common language even with your own body... and then - even more difficult. At the first convenient opportunity, your body will betray you. In this game, the stakes are obviously not in your favor.
You can move around the city absolutely freely - there are no artificial restrictions here. You can go into any house and knock on any door - if, of course, you are ready for the consequences.
A duel with an invincible enemy. In "Pathologic", your main enemy is the Plague itself, ethereal and malevolent. And there are no tools to defeat it. The only chance is to try to understand it.
Steal, rob, kill, bargain, beg... or do none of the above. To survive, you will need food, drink, medicine and other supplies, but how to get them is up to you.
Fights are short, brutal and simple - just like in real life. And often - to the death. After all, most opponents are interested in your wallet, and not your life.
