Outlast 2 introduces you to Sullivan Knoth and his followers, who left our sinful world behind to begin the Temple Gate, a city hidden from civilization in the distant wilderness. Knoth and his group are preparing for the trials of the end of the world, and you are right in the center of these events.

You are Blake Langermann, an operator working with his wife, Lynn. You two are investigative journalists willing to take risks and dig deep to uncover stories no one else would dare to.

You´re investigating a trail of evidence that began with the seemingly impossible murder of a pregnant woman known only as Jane Doe.

Your investigation has taken you deep into the Arizona desert, into darkness no one else has been able to shed light on, and corruption so deep that the only thing you can do is go crazy.
