Product description
Mavro Orbini - a medieval Catholic priest from the city of Ragusa, thanks to whom the ancient descriptions of the Slavs from the Italian libraries - from the so-called list "forbidden" by Rome - have reached our days. In 1601, the book Orbini was published in the city of Pesaro with a detailed description of the history of Slavic peoples called “The History of the Slavic Kingdom”.
The author of the encyclopedia studied all the monastic and private libraries available to him, as well as the Italian archives, for example, the famous library of the Duke of Urbinsky, one of the greatest book collections of his time. Half a century after the death of Orbini in Italy, hard times began, and the unique library with great losses migrated to the Vatican.
In 1722, by decree of Peter the Great, a mediocre and rather abridged translation of this book in Russian was published in Russia. Nevertheless, Orbini’s encyclopedia was unknown to most historians for many years.
The unique book reveals the amazing truth about the real glory of the Aryan-Scythian, “Indo-European” people.
So, what facts make graduated historians embarrassed to ignore this encyclopedic work?
1. Slavs lived in the times of ancient Greece, Ancient Rome and ancient Egypt of the same
2. Slavs were people not words, but deeds
3. The Slavs conquered, if not the whole ancient world, then practically the whole
4. Roman emperors paid tribute to the Slavs
5. The Scandinavian, German, Ugric and Southern European peoples, including modern Moldovans and Romanians, originated from the early Slavs, and not vice versa.
6. The shores of the Baltic Sea were settled (and settled, as we can see - until now) mainly by Slavs.
7. Most ancient authors believe that the Slavs came from the north, namely the Scandinavian Peninsula, some of which were also called the island of Tula.
8. Finland was settled by the Slavs, she spoke and wrote in Slavonic.
9. In the Baltic Sea in the 16-17 centuries there was a Slavic kingdom of Gothia on a par with the kingdoms of Sweden, Norway and Denmark
10. The Slavs were, according to Mavro Orbini, the most courageous people on earth
11. The indigenous people of the British Isles were conquered by the Slavs, whom they called giants for their height.
12. The Slavs, who were called Scythians by the Latins, successfully fought with Alexander the Great
