Meet new majestic lizards and other animals!

Archelon, whose name means "turtle ruler", is the largest known turtle. Thanks to the giant fins, the archelon swam quickly, and it was convenient for him to eat fish with a curved beak. Archelons lived in shallow seas of the Late Cretaceous period, and they were protected from predators by a leathery shell.
Notosaurus is a nimble predator with a long flattened skull and sharp teeth resembling needles. This outstanding lizard became the star of the series "Jurassic World: New Adventures" from Universal Pictures, Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks Animation on Netflix. He plied the Late Triassic seas with webbed paws, just like modern sea lions.
Dunkleost lived in open reservoirs of the Late Devonian period. He could instantly open his massive pointed jaws, and then squeeze them with incredible force. This voracious predator was one of the most formidable fish of its time.
Shonisaurus was a large and very well-fed lizard of the Late Triassic period. Despite its impressive size, this ichthyosaur plowed the ocean depths with extraordinary dexterity. The shonisaurus had a long thin nose and no teeth at all, but predators rarely hunted such a giant.
