Content: 305.rar 42,76 kB
Product description
305. When determining adipic acid in the product of butadiene hydrocarboxylation by paper chromatography, the stains obtained, developed with methyl red, were cut out. dried and weighed. For standard mixtures with different contents of adipic acid, the following data were obtained:
Weight of acid, mg 5 10 15 20
Mass of paper with a spot, mg 61 106 146 186
A portion of the analyzed sample m1 (mg) was dissolved in V (ml) of water, and 0.05 ml portions of the resulting solution were chromatographed. The mass of the obtained spots was m2 (mg). Determine the percentage of adipic acid in the analyzed product according to the following data:
task number 305
m 1, mg 150
V, ml 20
m2, mg 107
